What is the Dashboard?

The Dashboard provides an overview of the current absence situation within the organization. Within seconds, you can see which employees are absent, if there are open absence requests and - above all - who is ill.

Who is able to see Dashboard?

The following overview shows the different roles within absence.io and their different dashboards:

Owner/ Admin/ HR	Can see all absences and vacation allowances of all users within the organisation Can furthermore send out notifications for missing documentation or confirm received documents
Approver / Assistant	Can see absences of users from assigned department(s) / team(s). Can see vacation allowances of users from assigned department(s) / team(s).
User	Users can only see the dashboard if they are approvers or assistants
