Since our Travel Expenses module is integrated with an external partner, the display of users isn't automatic but intentional. Only users who actively access the module (e.g., by clicking “Travel Expenses” once) are synced with the system. This keeps everything tidy and gives you full control over who gets full admin access. However, full synchronization is still possible if needed. Below you'll find more details and helpful tips: ### Syncing employees: As soon as an employee clicks on the “Travel Expenses” tab, they are automatically synced with the module and will appear in the employee list in the admin view. Users who haven’t opened the tab yet won’t show up there – but they can still be included in billing unless they are on the exclusion list. ![](https://info.absence.io/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/23451932601628-1.png) What is the exclusion list?
