Why am I asked for my company ID when I log in?
You want to log in to your absence.io account, but you cannot, because we ask for your company ID. Unfortunately, you don't know it and cannot proceed. But don't worry!

Probably, you have at some point clicked on "Create Account" instead of "Login" by mistake and a second account has been created for you. Now, our programme is somehow confused, because it doesn't know in which account you want to log in.
But no problem at all! Just send us a short message to support@absence.io and we will fix this for you!
