You want to log in to your absence.io account, but you cannot, because we ask for your company ID. Unfortunately, you don't know it and cannot proceed. But don't worry! ![](https://info.absence.io/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/19711017113884-1.png)   Probably, you have at some point clicked on "Create Account" instead of "Login" by mistake and a second account has been created for you.  Now, our programme is somehow confused, because it doesn't know in which account you want to log in.
