With labels users can add custom tags to time entries & absences. Admins can enable labels on time entries or absences & manage which labels are being used in the company. Furthermore, admins have the option to allow users to create their own labels or to limit it to users with admin rights. ### Admin Setup First an admin role (HR, Owner, Admin) has to enable labels in the settings. Go to settings, choose labels and enable on time tracking or absences as needed. ![](https://info.absence.io/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/8560897420956-1.png)   ### User tracking on time entries Users can now add new labels and attach them to time entries in the time sheet. ![](https://info.absence.io/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/14888075539868-1.png)   If you usually work on the same label and only occasionally on a different project, you can set a **default label**. This will then be applied automatically to every new time entry, so you don't have to select it manually each time. Simply add the column to the reports to export to CSV.
