You want to add your absences or those of your colleagues from absence.io to your calendar? No problem!
We offer both:
- direct synchronization with Google Calendar and Outlook or
- you can easily create ICS links that can be integrated into various calendars such as Outlook, Google Calendar, or iCal.You can create ICS subscriptions to synchronize absences from teams, departments, locations, or all absence.io users.
ICS Links (Calendar Subscription)
As an owner, administrator or HR, you can create calendar subscriptions for departments, teams, locations, or the entire company and integrate them into your calendar tool. These links can also be shared with your colleagues.

As a user, you can only copy your personal link within your profile under Integrations. Calendar link synchronization can take up to 24 hours.
Direct Synchronization with Google / Microsoft 365
This is a direct integration.
To enable this, one of the administrators must first activate the global integration via the settings. You can find more information here.
As a user, you can automatically synchronize your own absences with Google Calendar/Outlook. However, this integration only works for your own absences and not company-wide ones. Activate this integration via your profile > Integrations. You can find step-by-step instructions and additional information here.
