[Setting up your account](https://info.absence.io/en/help-center/getting-started?hsLang=en#setting-up-your-account) # Inviting Users Manually **Inviting users is now easier than ever before!** The following instructions show you how to **add new users** for absence.io in no time at all. There are two ways to do this, which are described here. But first, go to the **Employees tab** and click on the **“Add user” button**. Fill in the first name, surname and e-mail fields. ![](https://info.absence.io/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/14411229380380-1.png)   #### **Option 1:** Then open the tabs under “Organization” and “Allowance Policies” by clicking on the small arrows on the left. You are now able to fill in all information needed (this can be also done by a later point --> see Option 2). If you want to add another user, click on "Next User", if you are done, click on "Add User". #### **Option 2:** After entering the user's **first name, surname and e-mail address**, immediately click on the “Next user” button until all users have been created. After that go to the users tab.
