Info text for leave types

The info text is an additional message that can be individually defined for each leave type. You can use it to provide important details, such as:

  • Approval requirements
  • Booking conditions
  • Special rules or policies

This helps employees understand exactly when and how they can request specific types of absences.

 

How to set it up

Step 1: Go to settings > leave types and click on the chosen leave type 

Step 2: Add your text into the "description box"

 

And done! The users will see the info text when requesting their absence:
