How can I enter absences for multiple employees at the same time?
If you want to schedule an absence – such as a vacation restrictions, a trade fair, or a team event – for multiple employees at once, you can easily do so (as an HR/admin/Owner role) via the team calendar and the "And for others" function.
This option appears automatically as soon as you create a new absence for one employee and allows you to select additional employees directly.

If you click on "And for others," a window will open where you can filter by department or team. This allows you to assign the selected absence to multiple employees simultaneously.
👉 Don't forget to save your changes.

After you've made your selection and clicked "Save," choose your desired absence type under "Type." You can then add all the other details as you would for a regular absence request.
