With the bulk function in the **“Users”** section, you can manage multiple users at the same time and assign settings collectively. This helps you save time and ensures consistent administration. Go to **Users** in the top navigation bar. Depending on your permissions and activated modules, you can assign or update the following for multiple users at once: - Team - Department - Location - Invitations - Questionnaires - Allowance Policies - Allowance Adjustments - Working Hours - Time Tracking Init - QR Codes   ### 🧭 How does it work? 1. Select the desired users via the checkboxes. 2. Click the action you want to apply (e.g., *Department* or *Working Hours*). 3. Configure the settings. 4. Save your changes. The selected setting will then be applied to all chosen users.   ### 💡 When is the bulk function especially useful? - Onboarding multiple new users - Organizational changes (e.g., new Department or Location) - Assigning new Allowance Policies - Sending multiple Invitations at once - For one-time vacation adjustments – for example, when every employee receives one additional vacation day. - Setting up Working Hours or Time Tracking Init for several users   Using the bulk function ensures efficient and consistent user management across your organization.
